Project 1910 is a series of images populated with garden creatures, royalty, greek gods and goddesses, african and asian princesses.
My photographic style and post manipulation are influenced by post-impressionist painters. The term “post-impressionism” was first used in 1910. I am guided by the colors, blurred lines and sometimes subject matter of painters like Giovanni Boldini, Marc Chagall and Paul Cezanne. I don’t try to make my photos look like painting but evoke the style of painters of this period!
